Part Time Project Manager

Do you have a little project that needs to be managed but not on a full time basis. We can provide a Project Manager who will manage your project by either simply overseeing it, 1 day per week or even manage your project for you on a part time daily basis. We can work from your premises or ours. Working from ours eliminates any need for you to have to allocate space, tools or equipment that would be tied up preventing other employees in your organisation from using and with regular communication that is defined at the beginning you are kept informed as to the status of your project at all times.

We provide all the tools and equipment irrespective of whether they are located in your office or ours including a laptop with all the necessary software. This is a perfect solution for those organisations that want their small projects to still be managed in a proper and formal project management way.

Full Time Project Manager

Again at our location or yours we can provide a highly experience professional project manager to manage your project from start to finish on either hourly or daily standard contractor rates.

Project Resources

Jackaroo Solutions can provide you with all the project Human Resources that you need to ensure your project is adequately staffed whether it be a Business Analyst, Programmers, Testers etc. again at standard direct to contractor rates which is cheaper than you would get if you went to an employment agency.

As we are responsible for delivering your project to you on time, budget and quality it is in our interest to ensure we get the very best resources possible for your project. This service frees up your own resources to concentrate on doing what they do best.

PMO (Project Management Office)

If you have several projects and need them all to be managed together obtaining the benefits of any synergies between them then our PMO service may be of benefit to you. With project managers and project resources provided by either yourself our by us we can ensure that a standard project management methodology is established and applied and give your organisation one point of contact, control and responsibility for all your projects.
